Question: How can digital memberships become out of stock?
Answer: The codes need to be pre-generated by our engineering team. If they are sold out, it will take the team around 1 week to generate more codes.
Question: How is the membership code delivered?
Answer: You will receive two emails - a confirmation email and a membership email. The membership email will have the code and is sent via a different email address than the confirmation email. The membership email address is sent via noreply@crunchyroll.com and the confirmation email is sent via the email address orders@crunchyroll.com
Question: What happens if I don’t receive my code?
Answer: In the rare occurrence the server goes down, membership codes will stop being sent. However, do not panic! You will still get the code. Please contact customer service to alert them of the issue. If the server is down during weekdays, please expect a delay in getting the membership code.

- Gift memberships are not included in any coupon codes and are excluded from the $100 free shipping threshold.
- This is a digital gift card.
- If you would like to gift someone a Crunchyroll subscription, please forward the email to the recipient.

Shipping Delays & Returns

- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped out in separate packages.

- Returns are accepted for most items within 45 days from the delivery date.
