Lovely Customer Service Reps who provided super communication....oh and the hoodie's not to bad either ;)
This was purchased as a Christmas present for my son, but owing to my very limited budget, it was a rather last-minute purchase (December 17th). Still, I hoped to have it here for him to open christmas morning... (it was the gift I was most excited to give to my son!) Anyhooo, long story short, I received the package on January 13th, and while it was a little later than I'd wanted, Crunchyroll was very communicative and kept me updated on the delivery status on a regular basis. Ultimately, the date didn't matter ...my son is such a humble and appreciative human that it didn't matter when he received it; it was still a suprise to him and he was humbly grateful. Now as far as an actual product review goes....it's a 2 thumbs up from him! He has autism and has a highly inflammatory sensory system, which does make it a precarious experience when it comes to ordering clothing online for him, let alone just finding clothes a 17 year old teenage boy is willing to wear....but we lucked out! He says it's incredibly soft, not too bulky to feel restricted, and yet thick enough for him to be able to stay warm enough whilst waiting for the school bus at 7am in the cold PNW winter without having to wear his "irritating winter coat" For size reference I purchased a Large and he is 6'2 and weighs right around 156lbs. Thanks for everything!
