I love Food Wars, so I figured I’d get this shirt. When shirt arrived, I discovered the shirt is BLACK, and not blue like in the picture. (That’s blue right? I’m not mistaken?) I don’t really like the color black or wear it that much, so I would not have bought if I knew before hand. The color of shirt needs to be made clearer and put in the description, and the picture must at least match that.
The color is a very dark navy but you are right in that the image shown was brighter than the t-shirt. We have updated the image to reflect the darker color. In the meantime, someone from our customer service team will reach out to you about your order.
This is the first time I ordered from crunchyroll I ordered a shirt for my son. I had a problem not getting the shirt but it was not on their side it was the USPS they places my order in the wrong mailbox. They were really helpful when I was trying to figure out where was the shirt.
