So, I ordered my nishinoya nendoroid because he's one of my favorite characters from the show and he came with all the parts and the face plates. He is really cute and I would definitely recommend buying him.
It came quickly and was it great condition! I will be purchasing again

The shipping was a bit concerning because it was only the nendoroid pretty loose in the box with only a tiny sheet of bubble wrap. It didn't come damaged which is good. Nendoroid was a gift for a friend and she said she loved it.
