I ordered this the first time and when I got it the hooks used to hang up the scroll was broken so I contacted Crunchyroll customer service and they were really nice and sent me a new one. This wall scroll is actually really huge so if you’re looking to cover an empty wall with your favorite waifu’s then this is a really good choice and I would definitely shop here again in the future.

the scroll is MUCH bigger than expected! the colors are a bit light, but nothing to complain about! the delivery was fast and if you sign up for updates it gives you every detail of the delivery, 100% am gonna get more things from here :)
