Description
Mori Jin is a 17-year-old high school student who has received an invitation to the infamous “God of High School” martial arts tournament. On the way to the opening of the tournament, he catches a handbag thief, pursues him and meets Daewi Han and Mira Yoo, with whom he immediately becomes friends. At the beginning of the tournament, Mori and his new friends master their fights confidently, but it soon becomes clear that God of High School is anything but an ordinary competition. The enemies the three friends face not only grow stronger, but also reveal that they have special abilities called Charyeok that let them harness the powers of legendary heroes. When a referee is murdered and Mori's grandfather is kidnapped, it becomes apparent that dark forces have an interest in the young martial artists and the potential that lies dormant within them...
In God of High School, the anime based on the South Korean manhwa of the same name by Yongje Park, you can expect spectacular fights and a mythical story that is about nothing less than the battle between humanity and the gods!
