When Kageyama - doctor and long-time friend of Yashiro - is once again summoned to a dark side alley in the middle of the night, something happens that he would not have expected: he takes a liking to the brash and good-looking Kuga, who is currently beating up Yashiro's people. To avert the worst, Kageyama knocks the young man out and takes him to his practice. Yashiro would prefer to let the “rabid dog,” who has just come out of youth prison, work for him. But Kuga wants nothing further than to join the Yakuza, which is why Kageyama should take the penniless pretty boy under his wing for the time being. While the two live under the same roof, he gradually realizes that he cannot simply dismiss his feelings for Kuga. And Kuga also seems interested - or is it all just a game for him? In the OVA to the prequel to the successful manga by Kou Yoneda, the spotlight falls on two supporting characters who get closer to each other outside of the Yakuza realm.
