Description
Rin Matsuoka loves swimming! Above all, he really wants to beat his childhood friend Haruka, which always spurs him on to achieve top performance. In his last year of school, he also has to give his best as captain of the Samezuka Swimming Club. But then his old friend Sosuke shows up, who is a lone fighter and doesn't understand why Rin is friends with Haruka. He wants to prove to Rin once and for all that he should focus on his own goals. Will the boys ultimately fall out in this emotional chaos? A turbulent time lies ahead for everyone in which they have to be clear about what really matters to them.
The successful studio Kyoto Animation once again impresses with outstanding animation in this exciting new film. Familiar scenes from the series are mixed with brand new material, making the hopes and goals of Rin and his friends particularly clear.
