“Humarise” is a mysterious group that plans to destroy “Specialty” users around the world. To save people from this conspiracy, a team of heroes selected from around the world is formed. Your mission is to recover bombs in different countries. Deku, Katsuki and Shoto join the mission in a land far from Japan called “Otheon”. However, Deku is unintentionally involved in an incident there and is subsequently wanted across the country. Rody, a young courier whom Deku meets as a result of the incident, and Deku himself are in danger of losing their lives because they are being pursued not only by the police, but also by mysterious villains. Meanwhile, Flect Turn, the leader of Humarise, sends a shocking message around the world: "The time limit is now two hours." The teams of heroes spread out to complete their mission under any circumstances - the future of the world is in their hands! On and on: With action, humor and coolness in the style of the manga of the same name, the heroes once again come out on top - in the third feature-length adventure. Plus Ultra!
