While a terrible war rages on land and at sea, Nonoko has just found a new job: high above the clouds, she works as a dentist on the back of a dragon. Because even the most powerful of all living creatures cannot tolerate a toothache. Many years ago, the people of their country made a treaty with the dragon. This stipulates that the dragon protects their land and in return some people live on its back and care for its teeth. One morning, Nonoko sees a young soldier emerge from the dragon's teeth. This is clearly a bad omen for the other dentists, but the rule still applies: whoever comes back from the teeth becomes a dragon dentist! With The Dragon Dentist, Studio Khara presents the feature-length adaptation of the popular short film by Otaro Maijo. A must for fans of fantasy stories and anyone who likes to be transported to strange worlds!
