When Lucy's cousin Michelle shows up at Fairy Tail one day, events take a turn for the worse. The girl has come to present Lucy with an heirloom from her recently deceased father: a mysterious mechanical staff. While the Stellar Mage tries to decipher the inscription on it, enemies suddenly appear in front of them! The Legion Force, a secret combat unit of the Zentopia Church, is after the heirloom. As it turns out, the stick is the hand of a special clock: the Clock of Eternity. Using old books, Fairy Tail finds out that this isn't the only piece.
