Haruka, Makoto, Rei and Nagisa train hard to compete against the Samezuka squadron. However, Rei still faces the big problem that he hasn't been able to swim at all. But his ambition doesn't let him rest and brings him ever closer to his ultimate goal of developing a swimming style as elegant as his teammates. Encouraged by Rei, the Iwatobi Swimming Club's times continue to improve as the prefectural championships get closer. So nothing seems to stand in the way of the big showdown against Rin and his team, or is there...?
