During the last war, the “Touch” corporation developed a technology that enables mechanical extensions to human bodies. These extended people are called extenders. However, some of them were modified to such an extent that their bodies became dangerous weapons and the existence of these so-called “over-extenders” was banned after the war. But Juzo Inui, also an over-extender with a revolver for a head, has a special permit and, as an “eliminator,” takes care of problems that have to do with extenders. One day someone appears in Juzo's office and tasks him with protecting a child: the boy Tetsuro has escaped from a laboratory where Touching is conducting secret and illegal experiments on children...
