In the pantheon of "cult" manga, Ashita no Joe is a true reference, and for many contemporary mangaka, the work which allowed them to find their vocation. The series has had two television adaptations, one in 1970, the second in 1984. The manga has achieved historic success in Japan with more than 16 million copies sold! The king of classics is coming to France, and it's going to hit hard, very hard!
