Tsubasa Ozora and his Nankatsu SC team finally managed to win. enter the final table of the National Junior Cup, at the end of a tough series of group matches. The team is now preparing for its next meeting, which will pit it against France. the formidable Tokyo selection, FC Musashi, and at its captain Jun Misugi, absolute idol of the spectators present at the the competition. However, Jun Misugi hides a terrible secret: he has a heart disease and therefore cannot play an entire match... What he intends to do, because according to him it is the only solution to beat Tsubasa!
At the same time, Meiwa FC and its captain Kojiro Hyuga are struggling with the solid ;Furano SC team, on course to win the match... Will the arrival of Ken Wakashimazu, the genius goalkeeper of Meiwa FC, allow captain Kojiro Hyuga to continue the competition?!
