Shipping Delays & Returns
Pre-Order release dates may change and if your item is delayed, you will be notified via email by the end of the original release date month.
Please note that orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate boxes and tracking numbers will be provided for each box.
Orders shipping to the UK, Switzerland or Moldova may be subject to import and customs fees. The customer is responsible for these fees and they are paid directly to the local customs authority. Please refer to our FAQs for more details.
Returns are accepted for most items within 30 days from the delivery date and the customer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back.
