Supplemental Terms and Conditions of Sale


Effective Date: February 2, 2026


These Supplemental Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms of Sale") apply to the purchase and sale of products on Crunchyroll online store at store.crunchyroll.com (the “Crunchyroll Store”).


These Terms of Sale are an agreement between you and Crunchyroll, LLC (“us”, “we”, “our” or “Crunchyroll”) and supplement the Crunchyroll Terms of Service, located at https://www.crunchyroll.com/tos (the "Crunchyroll Terms"). Any capitalized terms used in these Supplemental Games Terms but not otherwise defined have the meanings set forth in the Crunchyroll Terms.


By making a purchase on Crunchyroll Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, in addition to the Crunchyroll Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced therein. Except as otherwise expressly stated here in or for any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of your use of the Crunchyroll online store, In the event of a conflict between the Crunchyroll Terms and these Terms of Sale regarding any purchase you make on Crunchyroll Store, these Terms of Sale shall control. 


IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY AS THEY MAY IMPACT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN US. SPECIFICALLY, PLEASE REFER TO THE CRUNCHYROLL TERMS SECTION TITLED “SETTLING DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND CRUNCHYROLL,” WHICH REQUIRES THAT CERTAIN DISPUTES BE SETTLED THROUGH MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PRECLUDE YOU FROM LEADING OR PARTICIPATING IN A CLASS ACTION, AS WELL AS THE SECTIONS TITLED “CLASS ACTION WAIVER” AND “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT,” WHICH CONTAIN A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER FOR NON-ARBITRABLE DISPUTES.  

 


Order Acceptance and Cancellation. 


You will have the opportunity to review and confirm your order, including shipping address, payment method and product details, prior to purchase. You can correct any errors before placing an order by using the “Back” button. You agree that your order is an offer to buy the products listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us. Your order is not accepted until a shipping confirmation email is sent to you, and therefore no commitment is made to sell you the product until we send you a shipping confirmation. When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Please note that the order confirmation email is not an acceptance, but rather an acknowledgement of your offer to buy. 


We may choose not to accept any order(s) at our sole discretion. For example, we may cancel any order prior to delivery if:


  • the payment information provided by you cannot be verified;
  • it is necessary to correct inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to specifications, pricing, or availability;
  • shipping, delivery or fulfillment obligations cannot be performed; 
  • the product is unavailable due to supply shortages or restrictions imposed by the manufacturer; 
  • we believe, in our sole discretion, that the order was placed for resale, commercial distribution, or in abuse of promotions, purchasing limits, or other offers; or
  • we believe there has been any violation of these Terms of Sale or the Crunchyroll Terms, including any actual or suspected abusive, unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity.


We will contact you if any portion of your order is canceled and will refund any payment that has already been processed. 


You may cancel your order prior to receiving a shipping confirmation email from us by contacting our Help Center.


 

Product Specifications and Prices.

 

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on Crunchyroll Store are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes (unless otherwise stated during the checkout) or charges for shipping and handling, import duties, tariffs or other similar fees that may be imposed by the destination country. All additional taxes and charges will be added to your order total and will be displayed at checkout. You may be required to pay import duties upon receipt of your order. Please familiarize yourself with your destination country’s requirements and your obligations before placing an order.

We reserve the right to adjust the pricing and/or description or features of products on Crunchyroll Store for any reason including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, material unavailability, and changes to manufacturing processes.  We also strive to display accurate product and price information, however, we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to specifications, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors (including pricing errors), inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any order arising from such occurrences. 

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the products available on Crunchyroll Store. Weights, measures, photographs and images. and similar descriptions are approximate and are for convenience only.  Your display settings could affect the accuracy of the colors of the product portrayed. The information included on Crunchyroll Store should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions.


Pre-Orders and Charges.  


You agree to pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes and import duties, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on Crunchyroll Store at the time of your order.


We may offer an option to pre-order some products before their availability date. If you place a pre-order and your chosen payment method supports pre-authorization, then, unless otherwise specified during the checkout, we will pre-authorize and hold the amount due, however, you will only be charged once we ship the product. 



Shipment; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.

 

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. You will pay the shipping and handling charges specified during the checkout. We may offer discounted or free shipping on orders that exceed a certain threshold or based upon a specified promotion. Visit our Help Center for more information.


Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the address which you specify during the checkout. Title to the product will not transfer until full payment is received by us. Unless expressly stated otherwise, or required by the applicable law, shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.


Different parts of your order may be delivered on different dates. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in your email. 

Some of the products available on Crunchyroll Store may not be delivered to certain countries due to restrictions imposed on the products or by the destination. If a selected item has a delivery restriction, we will notify you about it during the checkout.



International Orders. 


If your shipping address is outside of the United States, you may be required to pay import duties and other similar charges imposed by the destination country. We may offer you the option to pre-pay such import charges, in which case such an option and the amount will be presented to you during the checkout process.  


You will be the “importer of record” and will be solely responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to and used in the destination country, and you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and certifications imposed by the destination country. Please note that the products may not conform to the destination country’s standards, voltage, labeling or other requirements. You shall review such requirements prior to placing an order on Crunchyroll Store. 


Returns and Refunds. 

We will accept a return of the eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date provided that such products are returned in their original condition. To start a return, visit our Help Center for step-by-step instructions on how to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (”RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. In connection with your return, you may also be asked to provide certain information to verify your order, including: (i) your name, address, email address, and telephone number and (ii) a copy of your receipt or other comparable proof of purchase for the product being returned. Verification of information may be required prior to the delivery of any RMA.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. 

Refunds are processed within approximately 5-10 business days of our receipt of the product. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If we are unable to credit your original form of payment, you agree to receive the refund in the form of a Crunchyroll Store Gift Card.

If you have paid import duties (or similar fees) in connection with your order, the amount of such import duties will not be refunded to you by Crunchyroll. You must seek reimbursement directly from the applicable authority in your destination country.

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Gift Cards 
  • Mystery Bundles, Blind Boxes, and Blind Box Bargain Items. 
  • Open DVDs and Blu-ray.
  • Clearance / final sale items.
  • Snacks and drinks.
  • Product not in original condition

Manufacturer’s Warranty and Disclaimers. 

We do not manufacture or control any of the products offered on Crunchyroll Store. The availability of products does not indicate an affiliation with or endorsement of any product or manufacturer. However, the products offered on Crunchyroll Store may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty included with the product. To obtain warranty service for defective products, please follow the instructions included in the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED AT CRUNCHYROLL STORE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY (i) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (ii) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (iii) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE.

YOU AFFIRM THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY CLAIMS OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE MANUFACTURER’S FAILURE TO HONOR ITS WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS TO YOU.

SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Product  Warranty. You may have statutory rights and guarantees provided to you by law. Any commercial warranties stated in these Terms of Sale are in addition to and do not limit these rights. If the product you purchased is faulty or misdescribed, the minimum warranty period is two (2) years from the date of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe the product you purchased does not meet the description, is damaged or faulty.


Dispute Resolution. You will benefit from additional protection under the laws of the country in which you reside. The laws of the country in which you reside take precedence over the laws stated in Section 19 of the Crunchyroll Terms. We may enforce these Terms of Sale in a court of competent jurisdiction in your country of residence. You may enforce these Terms of Sale in a court of competent jurisdiction in your country of residence or in New York County, New York.
