In 2015, Sarajevo was wiped out by a nuclear bomb. Out of fear of terrorism, the industrialized nations then decide to sacrifice the freedom of the population for greater security. While this creates real surveillance states, chaos is increasingly raging in developing countries. As the wave of civil wars and genocide becomes ever greater, Captain Clavis Shepherd of the Special Forces is sent along with his team on the hunt for the mysterious American John Paul. Wherever he offers his services to the governments of the world, a hell of war and violence breaks out shortly afterwards. Shepherd quickly follows a hot lead in Prague and suspects that John Paul can only trigger these bloodbaths through a special language. But can one man alone actually turn the world upside down?
