In order to influence the terrible events of Bloody Halloween that led to the development of today's Tokyo Manji Gang, Takemichi has returned to the past once again. His primary goal is to bring back the renegade Baji who went to Valhalla. This is the only way Takemichi believes he can prevent Baji's death in the fight between the Tokyo Manji Gang and Walhalla on October 31st. He knows from the present that Baji's death turned leader Mikey into a murderer, which in turn caused the Tokyo Manji Gang to spiral downwards until Draken was sentenced to death. But despite all the persuasion by Takemichi and Baji's former deputy, he appears unreasonable.
