Description
Schoolgirl Nagisa Yukiai lives a quiet life in a small coastal town. She once learned from her grandmother that so-called “Kotodamas” (word spirits) are hidden in spoken sentences and can influence people. One day she stumbles into an old radio station and follows her impulse to speak like a presenter into the still-functional broadcasting system. However, due to a mishap, her show, which was planned as a private performance, is broadcast and reaches a person she never expected...
After “The Girl Who Leapt Through Time,” Studio Madhouse delivers another touching masterpiece, this time in which the power of voice and spoken words play a major role. Director Naoyuki Itou will already be known to fans as the creator of the popular series “Kanon”. Akito Matsuda and the idol group NOW ON AIR, which was founded especially for the project, will provide the musical background.
